Ferring World Collection acquires Sabourin’s Jackson Tribute

Killarney, Ontario, Canada.

Noted Canadian Landscape Artist  Pierre AJ Sabourin  announced  Ferring Pharmaceuticals of Switzerland has acquired his painting  Tribute to AY Jackson. Artist in Residence for Killarney Provincial Park, Sabourin painted the 48 x 72 oil on canvas  en plein air to commemorate the 5oth Anniversary of the founding of Killarney Provincial Park by AY Jackson and the Group of Seven.

Ferring Canada  General Manager Michael Seckler and the entire executive team have built a significant Canadian Collection . Tribute to AY Jackson is historic to my career said Sabourin who was mentored as a child by Group of Seven member Arthur Lismer. I could not be more honored said Sabourin. Scheduled for May installation in Ferring Canada corporate offices in Toronto, Tribute to AY Jackson places eleven of Sabourin’s paintings in the Ferring World Collection of Switzerland.
