Cywink receives Symposium Bridge of Nations Award

The Group of Seven Symposium of the Arts 50th Anniversary Celebration of the founding of Killarney Provincial Park presents the AY Jackson Bridge of Nations Award to:

Michael Cy Cywink of Wikwemikong. When I first contacted Michael and said we have works by AY Jackson and Norval Morrisseau can you help me build.  Michael’s tireless efforts on behalf of Aboriginal artists and culture is a tribute to the success of the Canadian Woodstock. Michael is an incredible educator . On behalf of the Canadian Woodstock I am honoured to present Michael Cy Cywink with the Group of Seven Symposium of the Arts Bridge of Nations award .
